Returns & Exchanges

At CableOrganizer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cable management and electrical solutions. If a product does not meet your project requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA Number

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processing.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA form to ensure accurate identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your box and send it to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
